A Café Built Around
One Simple Idea
Dwell started in 2018 when founder Mia Cheung returned from three years working in Melbourne's specialty coffee scene. She wanted to bring that culture back to Hong Kong — the slow mornings, the conversation-starting coffee, the food that actually nourishes.
We source all our beans directly from farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala that we visit annually. Everything is roasted weekly by our partner roastery in Sheung Wan.
